My house overlooks the village of Veyrier-du-Lac in a peaceful area, located 5 minutes from the lake, shops and water activities.

The villa has an exceptional view and is quiet... Since its acquisition 2 years ago, we have undertaken a lot of work to make this house even more pleasant.
The technical room of the swimming pool is redone, each room has an air conditioning, change of lights, chairs and sofa. To sleep well in the evening in front of the large bay windows, we have installed external blinds and slats of curtains inside. The beds and mattresses are new as well as all the kitchen equipment: plates, glasses, pans, etc...
